Do not use the pre-installed frameworks on your servers. Test the different frameworks on your own servers and see the results that they give you. Also, make sure that the framework that you are using has the same database as your website.
While the above mentioned points are good to know, there is one thing that needs to be highlighted here. Many web developers choose the most popular framework available in the market and simply copy the working of the framework and modify it themselves. This is bad as the framework is not designed specifically for development purposes, and even though the framework maybe tested by the original developer, it might be very risky to modify the source code.
A common mistake that developers make is to use the ‘tested’ frameworks rather than the’release’ ones. Although the ‘tested’ ones might be fine for some other cases, it does not mean that they are safe to use in all the cases. In fact, most of the so called’stable’ frameworks were not designed specifically for use in production environment. The only option would be to use a framework which was designed specially for production environment.
